Mission statement: The College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics' Diversity Task Force engages in initiatives designed to ADVANCE the careers of and INCREASE the numbers of faculty, graduate students, undergraduate students, and staff in under-represented groups (WOMEN and MINORITIES) throughout the College.
Our goal: promote ongoing DIVERSITY and AWARENESS within and throughout all the College's departments, monitor and provide mentoring for new and junior faculty, incoming and current students, and staff, and continually develop better and more effective methods of supporting all individuals in the College of NSM.
